The website needs a form to allow people to enter their details and the details of the vehicle. This will go onto the entry list page as an interactive form that can be filled in and automatically sent off to the administrator (me in this case) as an email. Online completion of the form makes organising the event much easier and quicker, and reduces errors in processing the information.
