Here is a wireframe that I have created which combines the two websites in the previous post in terms of their layout and design:
I think it has a good professional feel to it, and the layout makes is easy to navigate around the website. This would be the home page of the website. If this design is used, then some images for the boxes and links will be made in Photoshop to give a more visual aid as to how the website might look.
